Quality has been embedded in the operational process thru a Process Failure Modes and Effects (PFMEA) analysis, making sure that only parts meeting the specification requirements on the prints pass thru quality hold points. Each operation has a quality requirement check for first and last off as well as any features deemed critical to quality.
